考虑平面连通差异的杏六区西部注水细分标准
Subdividing standards of the water injection considering the planar connectivity difference for West Block Xing-6

摘要(Abstract):

杏六区西部进入特高含水开发期后,剩余油分布零散,油层动用状况极不均衡。为了减缓目前开发存在的矛盾,以矿场资料和数值模拟资料为基础,研究纵向和平面影响因素对注水开发效果的影响,应用灰色关联分析方法确定注水开发效果的主要影响因素及其权重,然后根据油水井在各层中实际生产关系,确定考虑平面连通差异的细分注水体系和标准,并应用数值模拟方法分析细分标准实施前后开发效果和油层动用状况变化。研究结果表明,影响注水开发效果的主要因素为渗透率变异系数、平面相接触关系差异因子、平面渗透率突进系数差异因子、层段砂岩厚度和单卡层段油层数,权重依次为0.22、0.21、0.20、0.18、0.19。细分注水标准为:①单卡层段油层数小于6个;②层段单卡砂岩厚度小于6 m;③渗透率变异系数低于0.51;④平面相接触关系差异因子小于0.26;⑤平面渗透率突进系数差异因子小于0.53。新标准建立后含水上升速度略有降低,预测采收率为48.51%,与老标准相比提高了0.35%。研究成果为改善注水开发效果和注水层段合理划分调整提供了依据。
After West Block Xing-6 entering the period of ultra-high water cut, the remained oil is rather scattered and oil reservoirs are extremely uneven developed. In order to alleviate the existing contradictions of the development, on the bases of the field data and numerical simulation data, the influences of the vertical and horizontal influencing factors on the water flooding development effect were studied, and with the help of grey correlation analyzing method, the main influencing factors and their weights of water flooding development effect were determined. Then according to the actual production relationships of the oil and water wells in each layer, the subdividing system and standards were made sure considering the planar connectivity difference. And moreover the numerical simulating method was used to analyze the changes of the development effect and reservoir developed conditions before and after the implementation of the subdividing standards. The study results show that the main factors of influencing the waterflooding effect are permeability variation coefficient, difference factor of the planar-facies contact relationship, difference factor of the planar permeability breakthrough coefficient, interval sandstone thickness and single-grip-interval oil layer number, their weights are 0.22, 0.21, 0.20, 0.18 and 0.19. The subdividing standards: ① less than 6 single-grip-interval oil layer numbers; ②less than 6 m single-grip-interval sandstone thickness; ③less than 0.51 permeability variation coefficient; ④less than 0.26 difference factor of the planar-facies contact relationship; ⑤less than 0.53 difference factor of the planar permeability breakthrough coefficient. After the new standards established, the rise rate of the water cut drops a bit, the predicted recovery is 48.51%, compared with the old standards, the recovery is higher by 0.35%. The study results can provide the evidences for improving the development effects of the water flooding and reasonable division and adjustment of the water injecting intervals.
