提高油层部位取换套井固井质量的新工艺
The New Technique for Increasing Cementing Quality During Casing Withdrawal and Replacement in Reservoir

摘要(Abstract):

5(1/2)套管取换套作业造成的井径较大,井壁与套管间的间隙在90mm左右,导致因井顶替效率低,固井质量无法保证。针对这一状况,从顶替流态、顶替压力、临界排量及流体特性等几方面进行了研究,最终确定用低密度水泥浆作为紊流隔离液,并确定了现场施工方案。同时,为提高水泥环凝固速度、增大膨胀率,对水泥外加剂及其用量进行测试、筛选,研制出国井水泥浆体系配方。现场施工结果证明:该工艺的应用使平均水泥胶结指数提高了32%,有效保证固井质量。
At present, 5 1/2" casing withdrawal and replacement operation often leads to a large hole diameter and 90mm of clearance between wall and casing, which brings about a lower displacement efficiency and an uncertain cementing quality. For this reason , many more studies have been made, including displacement fluid flow, displacement pressure, critical pumping rate and fluid characteristics etc, and low density slurry is finally determined to be a turbulent spacer pad. An in-situ treatment program has also been developed. Furthermore, in order to reduce cement sheath setting time and increase the expansion ratio, cement additions have been tested and selected and a new cement formula has been developed. The field result indicates that the average cement bond index was increased by 32% and the cementing quality was improved.
