海上油田电泵生产井储层岩石扩容增产实践
Practice of reservoir rock dilation to increase production in electric pump production wells in offshore oil fields

摘要(Abstract):

针对海上油田平台空间有限、措施工艺受限等技术应用难题,提出了海上电泵生产井不动管柱岩石扩容技术。对海上油田储层扩容机理进行分析,说明了该技术适用于海上疏松和致密砂岩2类储层类型;设计了合适的海上油田扩容压力,并提出了与酸化技术相结合的实施方法,以降低扩容井口注入压力或增注提效;进行了电泵生产井不动管柱岩石扩容技术矿场试验,试验井酸化阶段降压增注效果明显,扩容半径为10~12 m,地层孔隙度增加1.6%~2.0%,试验井日产液量由213.7 m~3增加至405.2 m~3,不动管柱施工符合海上油田快速作业的特点。研究成果进一步拓展了技术应用范围,在海上油田具有广阔的应用前景,并为国内外同类井况条件下的技术应用提供借鉴。
In view of technical application problems such as limited space of offshore oilfield platform and restricted measure process,rock dilation technology of offshore electric pump production well with immobile tubular column is proposed. Analysis of the reservoir expansion mechanism in offshore oil fields,and it is verified that the technology is suitable for 2 types of reservoirs,namely,offshore loose and dense sandstone. Suitable injection pressure at wellhead of dilation well in offshore oilfield is selected,and implementation method combined with acidizing technique is proposed to reduce injection pressure at wellhead of dilation well or to increase injection efficiency. Test wells have significant effect of pressure reduction and injection increase in acidizing stage,with dilation radius of 10~12 m,formation porosity increased by 1.6%~2.0%,and test wells' daily fluid production increased from213.7 m~3 to 405.2 m~3. The process without string movement has advantages of fast offshore operation. The research results further expand application scope of the technology,which has a broad application prospect in offshore oil fields and provides a reference for the application of the technology under similar well conditions at home and abroad.
