摘要(Abstract)：

通过系统总结大庆油田水驱精细开发调整、聚合物驱油、三元复合驱油三大特色开发技术及其在海外油田的应用效果,形成了海外多层边底水砂岩油藏开发综合调整和陡小断块油藏开发方案优化技术。基于有关资源国市场形势和大庆油田特色开发技术推广适应性分析指出,坚持依托中国石油海外市场和应用特色开发技术的综合一体化策略是开拓海外市场的重要途径,对实现大庆油田以技术换资源、以技术谋发展战略目标具有重要意义。
Through systematical summarizing three major individual developing techniques for Daqing Oilfield i.e.fine waterflooding development adjustment,polymer oil flooding and ASP complex oil flooding and their application results in the overseas oilfields,the comprehensive development adjusting technique of overseas multi-layer edge/bottom water sandstone oil reservoirs and the optimizing technique for the development programs of steep and small fault-block oil reservoirs are formed.The analyses of the concerned market situation of the resource countries and the adaptability of Daqing unique developing techniques' generalization show that keeping the dependence of China overseas petroleum markets and strategic application of the integrated unique developing techniques are the important ways to develop the overseas markets,and moreover possess important significances for Daqing Oilfield to realize the strategic targets of changing the resources with the techniques and striving for development with the help of the techniques,oilfields development technology of de-commingle injection fine development,polymer flooding.
