胜利油田GF84区块CCUS气窜封堵技术及其应用

摘要(Abstract):

胜利油田GF84区块为低渗透油藏,采出程度较低,CO_2驱是提高该区块采收率的有效措施之一。在前期开发中注采井之间已形成明显的气窜通道,现阶段亟需进行气窜封堵,提高CO_2驱波及系数,实现均衡驱替。通过分析GF84区块气窜特征与开发矛盾,将气窜类型划分为“裂缝型气窜”和“基质型气窜”,并制定了“裂缝封堵”和“基质调剖”的治理策略。在明确气窜特征的基础上,通过室内实验研发了硅盐树脂堵剂、CO_2气溶性发泡剂和高温冻胶堵剂,并形成了“硅盐树脂裂缝封堵+CO_2气溶性发泡剂、高温冻胶基质调剖”化学封堵分级调控技术。结果表明,该技术在GF84区块成功应用4口井,其中硅盐树脂裂缝封堵2口井,CO_2气溶性发泡剂基质调剖2口井,措施有效率100%,有效期在0.5 a以上。研究成果可为低渗透油田CO_2驱开发提供技术支撑。
GF84 block of Shengli Oilfield is a low permeability reservoir with low recovery, and CO_2 flooding is one of effective development methods to improve its recovery. However, in the early stage of development, obvious gas channeling channels formed between injection and production wells. At current stage,gas channeling plugging is urgently required to improve CO_2 sweep efficiency and achieve balanced displacement. By analyzing gas channeling characteristics and development contradictions in GF84 block, the types of gas channeling are divided into “fracture type gas channeling” and “matrix type gas channeling”, and governance strategies for “fracture plugging” and “matrix profile control” are formulated. On the basis of clarifying gas channeling characteristics, silicone resin plugging agent, CO_2 gas soluble foaming agent and high-temperature gel plugging agent are developed in laboratory, forming chemical plugging and grading control technique of “fracture plugging by silicone resin+matrix profile control by CO_2 gas soluble foaming agent and high-temperature gel”. This technique is successfully applied to 4 wells in GF84 block, including 2 wells treated with silicone resin for fracture plugging and 2 wells treated with CO_2 gas soluble foaming agent for matrix profile control, with stimulation efficiency reached 100% and validity period more than 0.5 a. The research provides technical support for CO_2 flooding development in low permeability oil fields.
