三工河低渗油藏注CO2驱替机理及开发可行性优化设计CO2 DISPLACING MECHANISM AND OPTIMIZED DESIGN OF THE DEVELOPMENT FEASIBILITY FOR SANGONG-RIVER LOW-PERMEABILITY OIL RESERVOIRS

摘要(Abstract):
莫北三工河深层低渗非均质强水敏油藏注水开发效果较差。为探索更有效提高采收率技术,以莫109区块为目标区,开展了水驱后注CO_2提高采收率可行性研究。首先进行流体相态测试和模拟,分析了地层原油注CO_2相态配伍性和混相程度;然后模拟油藏高温高压条件下注水和注CO_2驱油效率对比长岩心实验;最后在实验基础上运用多组分模型数值模拟技术,在历史拟合基础上对CO_2驱注采参数进行优化设计。结果表明,通过5口注水井转注CO_2,10 a内原油阶段采出程度比水驱增加7.15%,目标区注CO_2比注水具有更好的提高采收率潜力和开发可行性。
Developed Effects by the water injection are rather poorer for Mobei Sangong-river deep low-permeability heterogeneous oil reservoirs with strong water sensitivity. In order to explore more effective techniques to enhance the oil recovery,taking Block M109 as the target area,the CO_2 EOR feasibility study was conducted after the water flooding. At first,the phase-state test and modeling were engaged for the liquids,the phase state compatibility and mixed degree of the were analyzed for the crude oil after the CO_2injection; and then on the basis of the experiment,with the help of the simulation technique of the multi-component model,the optimized design of the injection-production parameters was for the CO_2 flooding on the basis of the history match. The achievements show that afterconverting into CO_2 for the five water injectors,the interval oil recovery rate increases by 7. 15% comparing with the water injection within ten years,so for the target area,contrasting with the water injection,the CO_2 injection possesses much better EOR potential and development feasibility.
