硅酸钙无机凝胶配方优选及凝胶的封堵和液流转向效果评价
Optimization of the calcium-silicate inorganic gel formulation and evaluation of its plugging and flow diversion effects

摘要(Abstract):

依据渤海油田高盐油藏深部调剖技术需求,采用光学显微镜、激光粒度仪、扫描电镜、流变仪和岩心驱替实验装置,开展了硅酸钙无机凝胶配方优选、流变性与黏弹性评价、基本形态观察以及封堵和液流转向效果实验研究。结果表明:Na_2SiO_3与CaCl_2溶液混合后产生无机凝胶,反应时间一定条件下,逐渐增加Na_2SiO_3与CaCl_2溶液浓度,生成物颗粒粒径中值呈现"先减小后增大再减小"变化趋势,但变化幅度较小,生成物由凝胶态逐渐转变为凝胶与沉淀物的混合态;无机凝胶具有弹性大于黏性的性质,同时随2种反应液浓度的增加,硅酸钙无机凝胶封堵和液流转向效果也逐渐增强;从技术经济角度综合考虑,推荐Na_2SiO_3和CaCl_2浓度为0.02~0.03 mol/L。
According to the technical requirements of the deep profile control in the high-salinity oil reservoirs of Bohai Oilfield, with the help of optical microscope, laser particle size analyzer, scanning electron microscope, rheometer and core displacing experiment device, the optimization of the calcium-silicate inorganic gel formulation, the evaluation of the rheology and viscoelasticity, the observation of the basic morphology, the experimental study on the plugging and fluid diversion effects were conducted. The results showed that after Na_2SiO_3 mixed with CaCl_2, the inorganic gel is produced, under a certain reaction time, with the gradual increase of the molar concentration of Na_2SiO_3 and CaCl_2 solution, the median value of the particle size of the product shows a trend of "decreasing first, then increasing and then decreasing", but the change amplitude is relatively small, and the product gradually changes from the gel state to the mixed state of the gel and the precipitate; the elasticity of the inorganic gel is greater than that of the viscosity. Meanwhile, with the increase of the concentrations of two kinds of the reacting fluid, the effects of the plugging and liquid flow diversion for inorganic gel are also gradually enhanced; from the technical and economic points of the view, the concentration range of Na_2SiO_3 and CaCl_2 is recommended to be 0.02 mol/L to 0.03 mol/L.
