聚合物驱后油层特征和自适应复合驱方法
Oil reservoir characteristics and adaptive compound flooding method after the polymer flooding

摘要(Abstract):

大庆油田聚合物驱后油层历经三次采油深度开发,采出程度高达56.7%,如何进一步大幅度提高采收率是世界级难题,亟需攻关四次采油技术。聚合物驱后储层物性和流体渗流特征分析结果表明,聚合物驱后储层经过聚合物驱和后续水驱的长期冲刷,形成了以高渗透性和低残余油饱和度为特征的优势渗流通道,造成驱替液的低效、无效循环。聚合物驱后油层仍有进一步挖潜的物质基础,但主要剩余储量潜力和优势渗流通道纵向上均分布在油层发育较好的葡Ⅰ2、葡Ⅰ3单元,中、低水洗段和优势渗流通道交互分布,并且厚油层内部夹层不发育,机械封堵和浅调剖均不见效,开采难度加大。针对聚合物驱后储层物性和流体渗流特征,研发了自适应复合驱油方法。物理模拟实验结果表明,聚合物驱后自适应复合驱可提高采收率15.3%,较三元复合驱多提高采收率5.1百分点,节省聚合物用量16%。
The reservoirs have gone through the deep development of tertiary oil recovery after the polymer flooding for Daqing Oilfield, their recovery factors are up to 56.7%. How to further greatly improve the oil recovery is a worldwide problem, so it is urgent to develop the advanced "the fourth enhanced oil recovery technique". The analyzed results of the reservoir physical properties and fluid seepage characteristics after the polymer flooding show that the reservoirs have gone through long-term flushing by the polymer flooding and subsequent water flooding, the dominant seepage channels have formed characterized by high permeability and low residual oil saturation, which result in the low-efficiency and invalid circulation of the displacing fluid. There are still a certain reserves for further potential tapping after the polymer flooding, but the main remained reserves potential and dominant seepage channels are both located in the much better oil layers of PⅠ2 and PⅠ3.The middle and low watered out intervals exist alternatively with the dominant seepage channels and there are not well developed interbeds in the inner part of the thick oil layers, so the mechanical plugging and shallow profile adjustment are not effective, so they are much more difficult to exploit. In the light of the reservoir physical properties and fluid seepage characteristics after the polymer flooding, the adaptive compound flooding method has been developed. The results of the physical simulating experiment show that the adaptive compound flooding after the polymer flooding can enhance the oil recovery by 15.3%, which is 5.1% more than that of ASP flooding and can save the polymer dosage by 16%.
