大庆油田聚驱后油层无碱中相自适应堵调驱实验
Experiment of alkaline-free middle-phase self-adaptive plugging and profile control flooding in reservoirs after polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield

摘要(Abstract):

大庆油田聚驱后弱碱复合驱扩大现场试验取得了聚驱后进一步提高采收率13.5百分点的较好效果,但体系中碱的存在导致管线、泵产生腐蚀、结垢和采出液出现严重乳化破乳难等问题。同时,由于优势渗流通道的存在,流度控制难,致使体系中聚合物质量浓度高达2 500 mg/L。为解决上述问题并实现更大幅度提高采收率,需研发出适用于大庆油田聚驱后油层的高效中相微乳液驱油体系。通过对表面活性剂溶液的界面张力进行测量,初步筛选出能够达到超低界面张力的表面活性剂产品,然后进行中相微乳液体系水溶性评价,并开展了较为完善的油水相态评价,进一步确定中相微乳液体系的最佳盐度(盐的质量分数)及其与油水比的关系,从而研发出无碱中相微乳液配方,并加入预交联颗粒凝胶(PPG)组成无碱中相自适应堵调驱体系。岩心驱替实验结果表明,该体系聚驱后可进一步提高采收率23.3百分点,比常规弱碱复合驱多提高采收率10.1百分点,降低聚合物用量28%。研究成果为大幅提高大庆油田聚驱后油层的采收率提供了理论及实验支撑。
The expanded field test of weak alkaline ASP flooding after polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield further improved post-polymer flooding recovery by 13.5 percentage points. However, the alkali in the system caused problems of corrosion and scaling of pipelines and pumps, and difficult demulsification caused by severe emulsification of produced fluid. Meanwhile, due to the existence of preferential flow channels, it is difficult to control fluidity, resulting in high polymer mass concentration up to 2 500 mg/L in the system. In order to solve these problems and to increase recovery more significantly, it is necessary to develop high-efficient middle-phase microemulsion flooding system adapted to reservoirs after polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield. By measuring interfacial tension of surfactant solutions, surfactant products that can achieve ultra-low interfacial tension is preliminary selected. Then, water solubility of middle-phase microemulsion system is evaluated, and comprehensive evaluation of oil and water phase is carried out to further determine optimal salinity(mass fraction of salt) of middle-phase microemulsion system and its relationship with oil-water ratio. Thus, a formulation of alkaline-free middle-phase microemulsion is developed, and precrosslinked particle gel(PPG) is added to form an alkaline-free middle-phase self-adaptive plugging and profile control flooding system. Core displacement experiments show that alkaline-free middle-phase self-adaptive plugging and profile control flooding system can further increase recovery by 23.3 percentage points after polymer flooding, which is 10.1 percentage points higher than that of conventional weak-alkaline ASP flooding, reducing polymer loadings by 28%. The research provides theoretical and experimental support for further significantly increasing recovery of reservoirs after polymer flooding in Daqing Oilfield.
