天然气压缩因子宽温宽压连续计算新模型
A new continuous calculation model for wide temperature and wide pressure ranges of natural gas compressibility factor

摘要(Abstract):

针对天然气压缩因子计算模型的适应范围小、计算误差大、模型拟合系数多和不连续等问题。利用非线性曲面拟合工具,选用微分形式简单的函数形式,对Standing-Katz图版的低压区和高压区的8 340组数据进行非线性曲面拟合。结果表明:新模型在0.2≤ppr≤30.0 (ppr为对比压力)、1.05≤T_(pr)≤3.00 (Tpr为对比温度)时,拟合的卡方容差值为2.574×10~(-4),平均相对误差(R_(ARE))、平均绝对误差(RAARE)、均方根误差(R_(RMSE))、标准误差(R_(SD))和相关系数(R~2)分别为0.170%、1.260%、0.015%、0.340%和0.996;该模型为显式计算模型,不需要迭代计算,计算速度快、计算精度高,且具有函数形式简单、拟合系数单一、适用温度压力范围大和连续可微的优点;经过对干气、凝析气和酸性天然气等3类天然气实例验证,平均绝对误差分别为0.527%、0.809%和0.110 9%。该模型为在宽温宽压范围内快速准确地预测天然气压缩因子提供了一种新手段,为温度压力连续模拟和天然气热力学参数计算奠定了基础。
Aiming at the problems of small adaptive range, large calculation error, much model fitting coefficient and discontinuity of natural gas compressibility factor calculation model, nonlinear curved surface fitting tool is used to fit 8 340 sets of data in low-pressure and high-pressure areas of Standing-Katz chart in a simple differential form. The results show that, when the new model is 0.2≤p_(pr)≤30(p_(pr) is reduced pressure)and 1.05≤Tpr≤3.0(Tpr is reduced temperature), the fitted Chi-square tolerance difference is 2.574×10~(-4). Average relative error(R_(ARE)), average absolute error(R_(AARE)), root mean square error(RRMSE), standard error(R_(SD)) and correlation coefficient(R~2) are 0.170%, 1.260%, 0.015%, 0.340% and 0.996 respectively. This explicit calculation model does not need iterative calculation, with fast calculation speed and high calculation accuracy, and with advantages of simple function form, single fitting coefficient, wide range of applicable temperature and pressure, and continuously differentiable.Average absolute error of cases verification of dry gas, condensate gas and acid gas are 0.527%, 0.809% and 0.1109% respectively. This model provides a new method to predict compressibility factor of natural gas rapidly and accurately in wide range of temperature and pressure, and lays a foundation for continuous simulation of temperature and pressure and calculation of natural gas thermodynamic parameters.
