高含水油田适时产液结构优化调整计算方法

摘要(Abstract):

油田开发处于高含水阶段,相同含水级别油井间剩余水驱可采储量差异较大,通过统筹分配各油井产液量,可实现相同产液量条件下产油量的最大化。结合高含水阶段单井生产特征与水驱规律的内在联系,通过水驱特征曲线与分流量方程建立了多井产液结构适时优化调整数学模型和计算模块,可计算不同时间单井最优产液量,实现不同时间阶段产油最大化。结果表明,通过产液结构的适时优化调整,在油田系统相同产液量条件下可实现有效降水增油,这种增油措施投入低收益高,且实施方便,典型油田优化年增油幅度最高可达到4%,日均含水率降低0.1%。
When an oil field enters the stage of high water cut,there will be serious difference in the remained waterflooding reserves among the wells with similar-size water cut.By means of systematically allocating the liquid production of each oil well,the optimized oil production can be realized under the condition of the same liquid production.Integrating with the coherent connection between the production characteristics and water flooding laws for the individual well at high-watercut stage,and moreover with the help of the equation between the waterflooding characteristic curves and fractional flow rate,the mathematical model and calculating module are established for the timely structural adjustment of the fluid production for multiple wells,the optimal fluid production for the individual well can be computed,so the maximization of the oil production at different stages can be realized.The results show that through the adaptive optimizing and adjusting measures for the liquid production structure,under the conditions of same liquid production for the oilfield system,the oil increase and water reduction can be effectively obtained.These enhancing methods are characterized by low input,high output and convenient to execute.The degree of the optimized annual incremental oil for the typical oilfields can reach 4%,and the daily water cut can drop 0.1%.
