交联聚合物溶液成胶动态特征及其机理

摘要(Abstract):

渤海油藏长期注水开发已形成优势通道。根据油藏调剖的实际需求,采用物理模拟方法,开展了交联聚合物溶液成胶动态特征及其作用机理研究。结果表明:交联剂与聚合物间化学反应主要为两种,一是聚合物同一分子链上不同支链间("分子内")交联反应,形成"局部性"网状分子聚集体,宏观上黏度基本保持不变,二是聚合物不同分子链间("分子间")交联反应,形成"区域性"网状分子聚集体,宏观上黏度和黏弹性大幅度增加;在交联聚合物溶液中,发生"分子内"交联反应所需时间要远少于"分子间"交联反应,这一特征在酚醛树脂类交联聚合物溶液内表现尤为明显;在目标油藏条件下,有机铬类交联剂与聚合物间形成"区域性"网状聚集体时间低于0.5 h,酚醛树脂类则为72 h左右。
Long-term water flooding has formed the dominant channels in Bohai Oilfield. In view of the actual demand of the profile control,the physical simulatingmethod was adopted to carry out the researches on the gelling dynamic characteristics and their mechanisms of the crosslinking polymer solution. The achievements show that the chemical reactions between the crosslinking agent and polymer can be divided into two types: first of all,the crosslinking reactions of different-branch chains( "intramolecule") on the same molecular chain of the polymer can form "regional"net-scale molecular aggregates,the viscosity basically remains fixed macroscopically; Secondly,the crosslinking reactions among different molecular chains( "intermolecule") of the polymer can produce "regional"net-scale molecular aggregates,the macroscopic viscosity and viscoelasticity greatly increase. In the crosslinking polymer solution,the time required to undergo "intramolecular"crosslinking reaction is much less than that ofthe intermolecular crosslinking reaction. This feature is particularly evident in the phenolic resin crosslinking polymer solution. under the conditions of the target oil reservoir,the time of forming " regional" net-scale aggregation between the organic chromium crosslinking agent and polymer is shorter than 0. 5 h,and the time of the phenolic resin is about 72 h.
