济阳坳陷纹层状页岩油流动能力影响因素实验
Experimental study on influencing factors of shale oil flow capacity in laminar shale in Jiyang Depression

摘要(Abstract):

纹层状页岩流动能力影响因素研究对分析页岩油的流动机理意义重大。通过建立纹层状页岩油流动实验方法,分析流体介质、流体黏度、孔隙压力、有效应力、含水饱和度对济阳坳陷纹层状页岩油流动能力的影响。结果表明:纹层状页岩的油测渗透率约为气测渗透率的1%;流体黏度增加导致纹层状页岩的渗流能力先快速下降后缓慢下降;随着驱替压力梯度的降低,纹层状页岩渗透率减小,页岩油为非线性流动;有效应力的增加使纹层状页岩渗透率快速下降,在拐点之后下降趋势变缓;随着含水饱和度的增加,纹层状页岩渗透率呈现两端缓中间陡的台阶式特征;济阳坳陷纹层状页岩不同影响因素对油渗流能力的影响程度由大到小为流体介质、有效应力、含水饱和度、驱替压力梯度、流体黏度。研究成果为纹层状页岩油的高效开发提供理论依据。
Study on the factors influencing flow capacity of laminar shale is of great significance for analysis on flow mechanism of shale oil. Effects of fluid media,fluid viscosity,pore pressure,effective stress and water saturation on flow capacity of laminar shale oil in Jiyang Depression are analyzed by establishing flow experiment method of laminar shale oil. The results show that oil permeability of laminar shale is about 1% of gas permeability. With the increase of fluid viscosity,flow capacity of laminar shale decreases rapidly first and then slowly. With the decrease of displacement pressure gradient,permeability of laminar shale decreases and shale oil flows nonlinearly. The increase of effective stress makes permeability of laminar shale decrease rapidly,and the decreasing trend becomes slow after inflection point. With the increase of water saturation,stratified shale permeability presents step characteristics of slow at both ends and steep in the middle. Influence degree of different factors on lamellar shale oil flow capacity in Jiyang Depression is fluid media > effective stress > water saturation > displacement pressure gradient >fluid viscosity. The research results provide theoretical basis for efficient development of laminar shale oil.
