煤层气井组产能差异的排采控制效应PUMPING-PRODUCING CONTROL EFFECT OF THE PRODUCTIVITY DIFFERENCE FOR CBM WELL GROUP

摘要(Abstract):
通过研究沁水盆地南部某典型煤层气井组排采表征参数的差异性及其对产能变化的控制作用,采用灰色关联分析定量评价各排采表征参数对产能控制的重要性。结果表明:平均产水量、初见气时间、初见气累计产水量与气井产能具有很好的负相关性,而初见气井底流压则表现为正相关;初见气井底流压对气井产能的影响最大,其值反映井控煤层气资源条件,是指示气井产能的重要排采表征参数;而外来水体补给煤层是造成井组内部分气井初见气时间长、平均产水量大、初见气累计产水量大以及产能低的根本原因。
Through the studies of the differences and their controlling action on the productivity changes for the parameters of the pumping-producing characterization of an typical CBM well group in South Qinshui Basin,the importance of each parameter on the productivity control is quantitatively evaluated by means of gray correlation analysis.The results show that there are much better negative correlations between the average water production,initial gas-producing time,cumulative water production when the gas is initially produced and the gas well productivity,while the positive correlation is shown for the bottom flow pressure of the well which gas is initially produced;the influence of the aforementioned pressure is the most serious for the gas well productivity,and the pressure value indicates the conditions of well-controlled CBM resources,so the pressure is the important pumping-producing parameter to characterize the productivity of the gas well;but the extraneous water into the coal seams is the underlying reason for long initial gas-producing time,huge average water production,large cumulative water production when the gas is initially produced and lower productivity.
