大庆油田工业化聚合物驱效果及主要做法

摘要(Abstract):

大庆油田聚合物驱技术于1996年投入大规模工业化应用,随着聚合物驱油技术的日趋成熟、各项配套技术措施的日益完善以及聚合物驱规模的逐年加大,聚合物驱技术已成为保持大庆油田持续高产及高含水后期提高油田开发水平的重要技术支撑。2002年,大庆油田聚合物驱年产油量已经突破千万吨规模,聚驱产油超过油田总产量的20%,控制了含水上升的速度,减少了注水量,提升了大庆油田总体开发水平。从大庆油田工业化聚合物驱实践的角度总结了聚合物驱效果及主要做法,如采取高浓度大段塞、有针对性地采取分层注聚和深度调剖措施以及注聚过程中的跟踪调整方法等,同时,提出了大庆油田聚合物驱技术下步攻关方向。
Polymer flooding technology was widely put into industrialized application in Daqing oilfield in 1996. With the increasing maturity of polymer flooding technology, perfection of coordinated measures and yearly enlargement of polymer flooding scale,this technology has become an important technical means for continuously keeping high-production in Daqing oilfield as well as improving development level in the later stage with high water cut.The oil production of polymer flooding broke through ten millions of tons in 2002,which is over 20% of the total production of Daqing oilfield. Polymer flooding technology controls the speed of water cut increase,decreases the infusion amount and improves the general technical and economic level in the later development stage with high water cut in Daqing oilfield. This paper summarizes some experience of industrialized polymer flooding from practical point,and indicates the study direction of polymer flooding in the future.
