潘河区块高性能超低密度水泥浆研制及应用

摘要(Abstract):

山西沁水盆地潘河区块是中国最早规模化商业开发的煤层气田,其主力煤层为3~#、15~#煤层,具有埋藏较浅、割理与裂隙发育等特点。先期开发的3#煤层经过10多年排采后煤层压力梯度低,最低降至约0.4 MPa/100m,导致后期在开发15~#煤层的建井过程中极易发生超低压漏失甚至是裂缝性漏失的问题。针对潘河区块煤层气井固井漏失难题,通过攻克超低密度水泥浆稳定性、满足封固产层所需的水泥石抗压强度、国产中空玻璃微珠应用等难题,研发出具有成本较低、性能稳定、强度高的高性能超低密度水泥浆,优化了现场水泥浆密度与稳定性调控、用量设计等工艺参数,构建了一套适用于潘河区块高性能超低密度水泥浆固井技术,完成了潘河区块首期15~#煤层煤层气全部开采试验井固井任务,现场配浆、注水泥施工和碰压都非常顺利,解决了3~#、15~#煤层的固井漏失难题,实现了超低密度水泥浆单级固井一次性优质地封固3~#、15~#煤层目标,有效地保障了15~#煤层的顺利开发。
Panhe Block in Shanxi Qinshui Basin is the earliest large-scale commercially exploited coalbed methane(CBM)field in China,with its main coalbeds of No.3 and No.15 coalbeds characterized by shallow burial depth,cleat and fracture development. The pressure gradient of previously developed No.3 coalbed is low after more than10 years of mining and discharging,and the pressure gradient drops to minimally about 0.4 MPa/100m. This easily leads to lost circulation in ultra-low pressure formation and even lost circulation in fractured formation in the process of well construction in later developed No. 15 coalbed. Aiming at cementing lost circulation problem of CBM wells in Panhe Block,through improving stability of ultra-low density cement slurry and compressive strength of low density cement stone to meet the sealing of producing reservoirs and overcome field application problem of homemade hollow glass beads,a high-performance cement slurry with ultra-low density has been developed,which is characterized by lower cost,more stable performance and higher strength,with technical parameters of cement slurry density,stability adjusting control and field dosage design optimized,establishing a set of high-performance and ultra-low density slurry cementing techniques for Panhe Block with successful application of cementing of all the first-phase test wells of No.15 coalbed in Panhe Block. In the process of field test,all the slurry preparation,cementing operation and bumping went well,solving the problems of cementing lost circulation in No.3 and No.15coalbeds,and realizing the goals of one-time high-quality sealing of No.3 and No.15 coalbeds with ultra-low density slurry single stage cementing,thus effectively guarantees the smooth development of No.15 coalbed.
