致密油藏水平井水力压裂CO2吞吐参数优化

摘要(Abstract):

为了快速准确地找出水平井井网设计和CO_2吞吐增产工艺措施中的关键影响因素、确定合理的参数,以有效提高产能,针对松辽盆地南部扶余油层致密油藏特点,采用正交试验设计方法,应用油藏数值模拟技术对井网形式、井网参数以及CO_2吞吐工艺参数进行优化研究。结果表明,穿透系数(缝长/井距)和井底流压是影响松辽盆地南部致密油藏水力压裂水平井产能的主要参数,优选交错式井网,其井网参数为:水平井段长度1 000 m,井距300 m,排距200 m,穿透系数0.8;衰竭式开发到初始地层压力50%时进行CO_2吞吐,注气速度为3 000 m3/d,单周期注入40 d,浸泡20 d,开井生产100 d,控制井底流压3 MPa。水平井大规模水力压裂后,采用CO_2吞吐增油效果明显,对致密油藏增产具有重要的意义。
To quickly and precisely find out the key influencing factors of the horizontal well patterns design and CO_2huff-puff stimulating technology,determine the reasonable parameters,for the characteristics of Fuyu tight oil reservoirs in South Songliao Basin,by the orthogonal experimental design and reservoir numerical simulating technique,the optimizing researches on the well pattern forms and well pattern parameters,and the CO_2huff-puff technological parameters were conducted. The achievements show that the penetration coefficient( ratio of the fracture length to well spacing distance) and bottom hole producing pressure are the primary influencing parameters of the hydraulically fractured horizontal well productivity in the tight reservoirs stated above. The parameters of the staggered well pattern show as follows: the length of the horizontal well section is 1 000 m,the well spacing is 300 m,the well array spacing is 200 m,the penetration coefficient is 0. 8; for the depletion development,when the initial formation pressure is reduced to 50%,the CO_2huff-puff can be conducted,the gas injection rate is 3 000 m3/ d,the single injection cycle is 40 d,the soak time is 20 d,the production time is 100 d,and the bottom hole flowing pressure is controlled to be 3 MPa. After the massive hydraulic fracturing in the horizontal well,the oil incremental effects are very obvious. It has great significance for the oil production stimulation of the tight oil reservoirs.
