污水配制低浓度交联聚合物驱技术在双河油田中温油藏的矿场应用Pilot application of produced water prepared low concentration crosslinking polymer flooding technique in medium temperature reservoir in Shuanghe Oil Field

摘要(Abstract):
从室内实验、方案设计、现场实施效果以及存在问题等方面总结了国内首次开展的大段塞、低浓度交联聚合物驱先导试验的情况。该试验采用污水配制低浓度交联聚合物体系(400mg/L聚合物+70mg/L交联剂)在双河油田437块Ⅱ1-2层70℃油藏连续注入低浓度交联聚合物0.19PV。截至到2004年8月,注入井井口压力最高上升2.4MPa,中心井组含水下降4.2个百分点,中心井组提高采收率6.6%,取得了较好的效果。试验证明低浓度交联聚合物驱能够实现大段塞连续注入,具有良好的应用前景。
This paper introduces the lab experiment, plan design, field application and problems of the pilot test of polymer flooding with big slug and low concentration which is first used in China. This experiment uses produced water to prepare low concentration crosslinking polymer system(400mg/L polymer+70mg/L crosslinking agent) to inject continually 0.19PV of low concentration polymer in 70℃ reservoir in II1-2 layer in Block 437 of Shuanghe Oil Field. By August 2004, the wellhead pressure of injection well increases mostly 2.4Mpa, water cut of central well group decreases by 4.2%, and recovery of central well group increases by 6.6%. This result shows that low concentration crosslinking polymer flooding can realize continuous injection with big slug and has a good potential of application.
