摘要(Abstract):
为了研究不同材质油管钢在枯竭型酸性油气藏CO_2封存工况下的腐蚀行为,优选出适用性好的钢材,采用高温高压釜模拟CO_2封存工况,在不同CO_2分压(5、8、11 MPa)条件下,对N80钢、L80-13Cr钢和BG2532钢进行腐蚀失重测试,从腐蚀速率、腐蚀产物微观形貌和局部腐蚀深度进行研究,并对油管进行腐蚀寿命预测。结果表明:在模拟工况下N80钢、L80-13Cr钢和BG2532钢的腐蚀速率都随着CO_2分压的升高而增大,N80钢腐蚀速率为0.067 4~0.097 9 mm/a,L80-13Cr钢腐蚀速率为0.022 7~0.027 7 mm/a,BG2532钢腐蚀速率为0.001 3~0.002 9 mm/a;3种钢材的腐蚀产物主要为立方体状的FeCO_3和少量的FeS,且随分压的升高,腐蚀产物逐渐增多并出现融合现象;N80钢主要表现为均匀腐蚀,而L80-13Cr钢出现点蚀,穿孔年限为5 a左右;N80钢的剩余抗拉强度和抗拉安全系数随服役年限的增长而降低,安全服役年限为27 a。研究成果为枯竭型酸性油气藏CO_2封存井油管选材提供依据。
In order to study corrosion behavior of tubing steel of different materials in CO_2 storage condition of depleted acidic oil and gas reservoirs, and to select suitable steel, high temperature autoclave is used to simulate CO_2 storage condition. Corrosion weight loss is tested for N80 steel, L80-13Cr steel and BG2532 steel at different CO_2partial pressure(5, 8 and 11 MPa), studying corrosion rate, micro-morphology of corrosion products and local corrosion depth, and predicting corrosion life of tubing. The results show that, in simulated condition, corrosion rates of N80 steel, L80-13Cr steel and BG2532 steel increase with the increase of partial pressure of CO_2. Corrosion rate of N80 steel is 0.067 4~0.097 9 mm/a, corrosion rate of L80-13Cr steel is 0.022 7~0.027 7 mm/a, and BG2532steel corrosion rate is 0.001 3~0.002 9 mm/a. Corrosion products of the 3 kinds of steel are mainly cube-shaped FeCO_3 and a small amount of FeS, and corrosion products gradually increase and fusion phenomenon occurs with increase of partial pressure. N80 steel mainly appears as uniform corrosion, while L80-13Cr steel shows pitting corrosion, with corrosion perforation life about 5 a. Residual tensile strength and tensile safety factor of N80 steel decrease with increase of service life, and safe service life is about 27 a. The research provides basis for tubing materials selection for CO_2 sequestration wells in depleted acidic reservoirs.
