印尼石油工业发展与油田开发现状INDONESIA OIL INDUSTRY AND CURRENT OILFIELD DEVELOPMENT

摘要(Abstract):
中国石油正式进入印尼油气投资领域十多年来,在印尼海外油气市场的项目产量逐年上升。为了系统了解和认识印尼的油气产业,归纳分析了印尼油气发展历程中的多项统计数据和油田开发现状。印尼原油储量和产量均已呈现递减趋势,成为原油净进口国,但天然气储、产量较高,是世界重要的天然气产品出口大国。石油业是印尼国家财政收入的支柱产业,但油气勘探开发对国外的资金和技术依赖性较强。从油田开发现状来看,许多成熟油田仍旧处于一次采油阶段,提高采收率技术是关注的热点,印尼正在从政策扶持、技术合作和吸引外资等多个方面寻求原油稳产的途径。
PetroChina has set foot in the investment domain of Indonesia petroleum for more than ten years,and the production of Indonesia overseas items is rising year by year.In order to systematically understand Indonesia petroleum industry,many items of statistical data and current oilfield development are induced and analyzed.There are decline trends for Indonesia oil reserves and production,and moreover Indonesia has become a net import country of crude oil,but its gas reserves and production are high,and developed into one of the important exporters of the gas products in the world.Petroleum industry is the pillar industry for the state revenue,but the exploration and development greatly depend on foreign investment and techniques.From the viewpoint of the current oilfield development,many mature oilfields are still held up in the stage of primary recovery,IOR and EOR arc hot points that are focused and concerned currently,and Indonesia is managing to maintain the oil production in considerations of the policy support,technical cooperation,attracting foreign investment and so on.
