苏德尔特油田潜山油藏采油工程方案优化设计及认识
OPTIMIZING DESIGN AND UNDERSTANDINGS OF THE PRODUCTION ENGINEERING PROGRAM FOR THE BURIED-HILL RESERVOIR IN SUDEERTE OILFIELD

摘要(Abstract):

苏德尔特油田潜山油藏储层缝洞发育状况差异大,裂缝规律性差,油水运动规律复杂。为实现潜山油藏的经济有效开发,基于油藏地质特征数据,优选专业软件和公式,并应用于完井、举升方案设计,形成采油工程方案优化设计方法。通过跟踪技术研究进展,适时调整设计参数和优选成熟新技术,形成实用配套技术系列;探索形成苏德尔特油田潜山油藏方案设计模式,逐步实现射孔、压裂、注水、举升等采油工艺设计与地质参数合理匹配,满足油藏工程方案预测产能指标的需求。生产实践表明:一体化滚动开发方案的设计思路及新模式适应苏德尔特油田潜山油藏滚动外扩开采需要,油田投产投注后开发效果不断改善。研究成果对其他油田类似储层有效动用具有重要意义。
Sudeerte Oilfield is a buried-hill oil reservoir characterized by large difference in developing of the fractures and caves,poor regularity of the fracture and complexity of the oil and water moving laws. In order to realize the economical and effective development of the oilfield,the production-engineering program optimizing and designing methods were established according to the reservoir geological characteristic data,the optimized professional software and the formula and moreover the applied well completion and artificial-lift-program design. By means of tracking the technical and research progresses,and furthermore timely adjusting the design parameters and optimizing the mature new technology,a series of the practical matching techniques was initiated; the plan design model of the buried-hill reservoir in Sudeerte Oilfield was explored and established,the reasonable matchings between the production technological design and geological parameters such as the perforation,fracturing,water injection,lift-ing and so on were gradually realized to meet the requirements of the reservoir engineering program predicting the productivity index. The production practice shows that the design idea and new model with the integrated progressive development program have adapted themselves to the requirements of the progressive expanded development of the buried-hill reservoir in Sudeerte Oilfield,after the oilfield put into injection and production,the developed effects have been continuously improved. The study achievements possess important significance for the effective development of the similar reservoirs of the other oilfield.
