聚驱后压堵结合工艺现场试验
Field test of the fracturing-plugging combined technology after the polymer flooding

摘要(Abstract):

大庆油田聚合物驱后非均质韵律油层广泛发育优势通道,采出井端采取常规化学堵水调剖技术进行深部封堵时施工周期长、封堵半径小。针对这一问题,设计了压裂堵水结合技术,通过在优势通道部位压裂形成水平缝,大量注入有机铬类凝胶堵剂,实现高效深部封堵;形成了包含优势通道分析及施工参数优化设计等在内的压裂堵水施工设计方法。现场试验表明,压裂堵水结合技术形成了椭圆形水平裂缝,凝胶堵剂随裂缝进入油层深部,经工艺剪切后仍具有较好的成胶效果,示踪剂测试表明措施后凝胶堵剂无吐出,压堵段日产液量降幅84%,封堵效果显著,为高效、深部封堵优势通道探索了一条新的途径。
The heterogeneous rhythmic reserviors of Daqing Oilfield after the polymer flooding are characterized by widely well-developed dominant channels, when the conventional chemical plugging technology is used at the end of procluced well for in-depth sealing,the operation period is rather long and the plugging radius is rather small. In response to this question, the combined technology of the hydraulic fracturing and water plugging was designed, the horizontal fractures were formed by the fracturing at the dominant channels, a large injection of the organic-chromium-gel plugging agent achieved high-efficiency deepwater plugging;the fracturing-plugging construction designing method was developed, which includes the analysis of the dominant channel and the optimized design of the construction parameters. The field test indicates that the fracturing-plugging combined technology can form the elliptical horizontal fractures, the gel plugging agent can enter the deep part of the oil layers with the fractures, and it still has good gelation effect after shearing.The tracer test showed that the gel plugging agent did not spit out after the treatment,the daily fluid production of the stimulated intervals was decreased by 84% with remarkable water plugging effects,providing a new approach for high-efficiency deepwater plugging of the dominant channels.
