摘要(Abstract)：

针对萨北开发区特高含水期存在的主要矛盾,系统总结了“十五”期间油田开发调整所做的主要工作及效果:扩展采用新型适用技术,剩余油描述技术形成系列;水驱开发调整技术取得新突破,水驱指标得到进一步控制;聚驱综合调整技术不断完善,聚驱采收率进一步提高;先导性试验取得新进展,开发技术储备有新突破。并提出了“十一五”及以后油田开发的主要攻关方向,对萨北开发区可持续发展具有重要的指导意义。
Aiming at the problems existing in the ultrahigh water cut stage of North Saertu development area, this paper has systematically summarized the main work and results during the 10th 5 year plan. New applicable technologies are applied and application scale is extended. Series of remaining oil description technology have formed. Water flooding development modification has acquired some new advances; water flooding index control is better than before; polymer flooding integrated modification improves and polymer flooding recovery increases. New advance has showed in the pilot tests, and new breakthroughs have been acquired for development technologies bank. The main development direction has been presented for the 11th 5 year plan period and after it, proving guidance for the sustainable development of North Saertu oilfield.
