分层注水井隔层测压封隔器解封机理
PACKER RELEASING MECHANISM OF THE BARRIER PRESSURE TEST FOR SEPARATED-LAYER WATER INJECTOR

摘要(Abstract):

注水井分层静压测试工艺有整体测试和隔层测试两种,大庆油田近年注水井分层静压测试成功率普遍极低,隔层测试过程中封隔器解封是主要制约因素之一。总结了隔层测试封隔器解封时的典型曲线特征,分析了注水井分层测压过程中管柱受到的4种力学效应和封隔器受力情况,研究了隔层测试时封隔器解封机理,探索了适合大庆油田的注水井分层测压施工工艺。结果表明:隔层测试时不合理的注入压力导致了封隔器解封销钉剪断,但当油管压力高于套管压力时封隔器胶筒仍有一定的密封能力,它随油管压力的降低而降低,当油套压持平时密封能力完全消失。通过优化隔层测试时的注入压力,大大减少了测压过程中封隔器解封现象,显著提高了测压成功率。
There are two kinds of separate static pressure testing technology in the water injection well: integral test and barrier test. The success rates of the pressure tests are very lower in recent years in Daqing Oilfield; the packer release in the process of the barrier testing is one of the main constraining factors. The typical curve characteristics of the barrier test when the packers released were summarized,four kinds of the mechanical effects and the stress conditions of the packers were analyzed in the process of the separate pressure test in the water injection well,the packers releasing mechanism during the barrier test was studied,the suitable separate pressure testing technology of the water injection well for Daqing Oilfield was explored. The results show that the unreasonable injection pressure in the barrier test results in the cut of the packer releasing pin,but there exists a certain sealing capacity for the packer rubber when the oil tubing pressure is higher than that of the casing,while the sealing property is reduced with the decrease of the oil tubing pressure,when the pressure is balanced,the sealing capacity is totally disappeared. By optimizing the injection pressure during the barrier test,the phenomenon of packers released is greatly reduced in the process of the pressure test,and then the success rate of the pressure test was obviously enhanced.
