抽油机井便携式载荷位移测试技术
TESTING TECHNIQUE OF THE PORTABLE LODA DISPLACEMENT FOR OIL PUMPING WELLS

摘要(Abstract):

传统抽油机井的载荷位移测试过程繁琐、存在安全隐患,固定载荷传感器标校困难、测试精度低。采用便携式载荷位移测试技术,通过采集光杆上、下抽汲运动中横向变化量及加速度,可测得光杆载荷位移数值,并给出示功图。测试时只需将传感器安装在光杆上,在不停机的状态下即可快捷在线精准测量。329台、180万井次实际应用表明:测试结果满足精度要求,操作安全简便,示功图能真实反映抽油机井生产工况。
Traditional load displacement test process of the oil pumping wells is very tedious,and moreover the test is characterized by the hidden safety problems,difficult to calibrate the fixed load sensor and low-precision test.Using the measuring technique of the portable load displacement,by means of collecting the horizontal changes and acceleration of the up-and-down swab movement for the polished rod,the numerical load displacement of the light rod can be tested and furthermore the dynamometer card is presented.Test only when the sensor is installed on the polished rod,the quick on-line high-precision measurement can be conducted when the pumping machine is running.The actual application for 329 pumping machines and 1.8 million well time show that the test results have met the requirements of the precision,the operations are safe and convenient,and moreover the measured indicator diagrams can really reflect the operation conditions of the oil pumping units.
